Acts 19:1 Paul asked them about the HS and they didn’t even know about it. John’s Baptism only. John didn’t use Jesus name but just repentance. Not father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:38 Peter said in Jesus name which includes the Baptism of Holy Ghost. Using Jesus name includes tongues and prophesy. They spoke in tongues but didn’t pray in tongues. It’s prophesy. How do you convert the speaking into Prophesying? Consider laughing. You can control tongus like laughther. It’s a Pride issue.
Luke 11:13 good things to your kids. You must ask, but then you need to believe that you got it. It’s important when you get to a place where you need to talk to God at a higher level. How do you use speaking in tongues? There is a learning process. Adapt it cause it sounds weird in your ears. Speaking is prophesying. Use the feeling you have immediately when you finish tongues. That’s the prophesy.
1 Corinthians 14:1 You can keep your eyes open. You are not praying but speaking. Mysteries.
Hidden Wisdom. 2:6 It is wisdom. It’s coded in tongues. If you are in a place where you are confused? If you want Wisdom about it pray in tongues. It could take 15 minutes. Put it on paper. It’s hidded wisdom. Vs. 13 Let him that speaks interpret. If you are praying no need to interpret but if you speak then you should interpret. The purpose of speaking is prophecy and hidded wisdom. For praying in tongues it is neither. It’s your Spirit praying.
1 John 2:27 The tongues teach you. vs. 20 unction “annointing” and know all things. It’s a mental shift when you focus your mind on what you are thinking. You switch gears from unfruitful to a tangible issue. When this builds up it transfers information from your spirit to your mind.
Jude 1;20 Raise yourself up by praying in the holy ghost. Build yourself up like a building, making progress.You can speak it under your breath if needed.
Singing in Tongues. 1 Corinthians 14:15 Singing in the Spirit is a love language. Singing to God. Your whole being gets saturated with God.
Singing can be a way to start. It builds energy in your Spirit. The moods of God. You must discern the mood of the room. Is this healing time, prophesy time, or singing time. When you sit for prayer you have to quiet yourself first, then start.
vs. 15 Pray with the Spirit and with Understanding using english. Start in tongues and then in english. IT can be brief top off at times.
1 Cor 13:1 Tongues of men is english and the tongues of angels. Angels respond to the mysteries. When you are praying in tongues and you see a picture or something, you need to read the Bible more to better understand what it’s about. Reading scriptures more gives you more tongues.
God wants you to enjoy prayer. Better short segments early morning, on your drive to work, spare times. Fear or worry - tongues. chaos - tongues. More powerful than your mind.
French is a worldly tongue. When Jesus sees a dead 12 year old girl he switches from hebrew to Aramaic. A language shift is a shift in power.
Mark 7:34 Healing a deaf man he switched to Aramaic. It shifts the power when you shift the language.
2 Corinthians 12:4 unspeakable words. not lawful for man to utter. HIgher dimension gives you unusual words. It can shift dimensions with different speach.
Prophet stays calm and relaxed all the time. Practice quiteness.
Proverbs 16:32 slow to anger is better than the mighty. If you rule your Spirit is mighter than taking a City. NO yoga required. Just quiteness in the flesh. Then get into tongues.
If you overanalyze your speaking it causes confusion. The mind is not involved.
Feelings are not from the flesh. Your emotions are fleshly. Feelings can come from your soul and spirit.
Does tongues change for you? What is not changing? Light. Velocity is always happening. Your tongues should be always changing. Holy Spirit doesn’t talk in tongues. Doesn’t need to. Only groaning. Not tongues per se but sounds.
Light is God’s language. Not using english or tongues. God edits the format into a known language file. When you get it there is a different file. Three edits of the file prior to prophecy. This is why people misunderstand prophecy.
Is there a better time of day to speak in tongues? When your sleep is restless, it’s time to do it.
Could be Spirit of God wants you to pray. Often it could be a family member is facing a problem. When it lifts you can stop.
Second reason is when you have appeared in another person’s dream. A life altering dream.
Can the enemy come to mind for distraction? It’s your flesh. Just push it back.
Can you assign angels with tongues? Angels are ministering spirits that minister to inheritors of salvation. to order spirits to a place. How do you do it? They are part of salvation as well as other things. Say, in the name of Jesus let angels of money work on my behalf.
